Refund and Returns Policy

At TROPHIES123, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wooden awards. Because our products are bespoke and personalized to your specific requirements, our returns policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. Custom & Bespoke Items

All awards that are personalized (engraved, custom-shaped, or made to order) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. We encourage all clients to double-check spelling and design proofs before final approval.

2. Natural Variations

Wood is a natural material. Please note that variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of the timber and are not considered defects. These unique features are what make your award one-of-a-kind.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Email us at hello@trophies123.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).

  • If the fault is verified, we will prioritize a replacement or offer a full refund for the affected items.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before the production process has started. Once the wood has been cut or engraving has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations.

5. Shipping Costs

For approved returns of faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for shipping and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
